Alternant(e) 2026 - PMO Security Business Partner (All Gender)

Overview

PMO Apprenticeship at Airbus Protect. Work with specialists in risk analysis and management in cybersecurity, safety and sustainability domains. Position: Alternant(e) 2026 - PMO Security Business Partner (All Gender) based in Toulouse, within the Cybersecurity department responsible for Security Business Partners or Security Coordinators.

Your mission will be to assist the Project Manager in daily project management tasks for SBP Protect security projects. The apprenticeship lasts 2 or 3 years starting September 2026. Preferred rhythm: 3 days at the company and 2 days at school or the reverse.

Tâches et responsabilités

Your supervisor will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in developing your skills. Your main activities include:

• Pilotage (Cockpit): Develop and maintain a consolidated performance dashboard using scripts.
• Gestion d’équipe: Write and chair weekly team meetings. Participate in the PRM (Project Review Meeting) with our clients.
• Veille stratégique IA: Implement solutions to facilitate daily tasks.
• Gestion du Savoir: Contribute to the community to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Communication sociale: Manage the GSite and establish a service newsletter.

Compétences à développer et connaissances

This apprenticeship will especially develop the following competencies:

• Pilotage de la Performance: Design automated dashboards to transform raw data into strategic decision indicators.
• Automatisation: Develop technical solutions to optimize internal processes.
• Leadership et Animation: Develop a managerial posture by structuring and leading weekly team meetings.
• Communication institutionnelle: Manage internal communication through digital supports (GSite) and newsletters.
• Gestion du Savoir: Structure knowledge transfer and capitalisation of expertise to ensure memory and efficiency of the service.

Profil recherché et formation

Are you pursuing a Bac +5 (or equivalent) degree in communication, project management, or a related discipline?

During studies and prior experiences you have developed the following skills:

• Written communication: notes, presentations, editorial work
• Web communication: creation and management of a website
• Automation: Google Apps Script

Nice-to-have: Google suite and GEMINI knowledge; first experience in content dissemination.

• Soft Skills: Autonomy, initiative, and synthesis ability.

• Language skills: English – Intermediate; French – Fluent
