Betclic Group – Community Manager Assistant (Alternance)

We are looking for a Community Manager Assistant to contribute to the development and reinforcement of Betclic’s digital presence. In this role, you will support the coordination of our social media activities, help ensure a consistent and engaging brand image across platforms, and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility within the sports ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Managing Betclic’s social media channels on X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.
• Moderating our channels through DMs and comments.
• Leading Social Media projects with our partners (French National Team, Top 14, Betclic Elite, UFC, etc.).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor’s degree (third year or above) in Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
• Sports enthusiast with knowledge of sports betting (being a customer is a plus).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Social Media management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using Office suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrated adaptability, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.

Recruitment Process

• Initial HR screening (15 minutes).
• AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
• Meet with Social Media Manager & Social Media Executive (potential mentor).
• Final HR interview to review AssessFirst results.
