Air Liquide France Industrie produces and markets industrial gases across France, serving diverse customers from manufacturers to laboratories, with operations in four business lines: Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen.

Role Overview

Assistant Administration/Operations and Export, reporting to the Operations Manager, will work in the Montage Postes Neufs (MPN) service, supporting international clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Contact foreign clients, prepare quotes and respond to orders.
• Enter and monitor export orders in SAP; input internal orders (GRN) and liaise with production.
• Organise and document international and national transport (ADR, IMDG, CMR, etc.).
• Declare MACF and track import documents.
• Follow and file export dossiers (PO, delivery proof, customs declarations).
• Handle and resolve French customer complaints via Salesforce and SAP.
• Organise client returns when necessary.
• Participate in inventory activities and cost‑price calculations for subsidiaries.
• Track KPIs (IFR, complaints).
• Support quality, safety, customer service, and environmental procedures, reporting anomalies and participating in related actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum BAC+2 (BTS/License/Master) with relevant study track.
• Interest in operating within an industrial environment.
• Strong motivation for international work; English required.
• Team player with a taste for versatility and adaptability to organizational changes.
• Rigorous, methodical, and safety‑aware.
• Proficient with office tools and internal software (Google Workspace, Sheets, SAP, Salesforce).
