Job environment

•   Contribuer à la conformité du système documentaire en rapport aux exigences règlementaires et normatives. Pour cela, assurer la veille documentaires des normes et/ou règlements.
•   Communiquer/former le personnel impacté par les évolutions
•   Participer au suivi des indicateurs permettant de vérifier la conformité en fonction du périmètre
•   Contribuer à la surveillance interne (support à la planification, identification thèmes et ressources, suivi, reporting)
•   Participer au suivi des plans d'actions d'amélioration et être force de proposition lors de la définition des actions
•   Formaliser des alertes suite à des dysfonctionnements
•   Assurer le support nécessaire pour  la surveillance externe (autorités, organismes de certification)
