Extia Ingénierie is a consultancy specialized in engineering. We are looking to expand our HR team in Sèvres.

Qualifications

• BAC+4/5 and seeking an apprenticeship contract.
• No prior HR experience required, but ready to learn and contribute.
• Competitive spirit, autonomous and organized.
• Motivated by challenge and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR reference for a commercial team, answering daily recruitment needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering positions (A to Z).
• Develop job board, direct sourcing and social recruiting skills (LinkedIn).
• Conduct phone interviews independently.
• Follow candidates through to contract signing.
• Participate in ongoing HR projects such as school relations, co‑optation, and communication campaigns.
