Job Description
As the Total Rewards Intern, you will support the Global Reward team in the execution, reporting, and communication of compensation, benefits, executive reward, and mobility programs. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to global reward processes, data analysis, and governance in an international and expanding environment, in the main focus:
Responsibilities
- Annual pay cycle:
- Annual salary review campaign preparation (covering 20,000 employees) in our global HRIS (Oracle)
- Data quality check, HCM technical testing, and improvement identification
- Ensure with the Global Reward team adherence to Policies, processes, and deadlines
- Provide direct support to HR teams in regions and countries
- Pay transparency:
- Support the Project team and contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Carry out pay equity analyses & pay ranges definitions
- Prepare communication materials in connection with countries
- Salary surveys & benchmarks:
- Support global job grading processes and maintenance
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses
- Collaboration:
- Regional and local HR teams
- HRIS teams
Candidate Profile
- Master’s level education (M1/M2) in Human Resources, preferably with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling; experience in these areas is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and analytical mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and bring forward recommendations
- Strong affinity for numerical data and analytical topics
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and strict respect for data confidentiality
Languages
- Fluent English is mandatory (all deliverables and presentations will be in English)
Education
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1, gap year, or M2) in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits
