Looking for an apprenticeship in Marketing Communications in the dynamic medical device sector? Join Össur, a human‑sized company and leader in its field, as a Digital Marketing Apprentice to support our marketing initiatives in France, Iberia, Italy, and Greece. Duration: 12–24months starting September2026.
Your goal: As a social media and communication specialist you will assist the implementation of our social media campaigns and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of social media, including reporting on results.
Responsibilities
- Create or localise engaging content that resonates with our communities, showcasing our products, innovations and inspiring stories (45%)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social media efforts with overall omnichannel marketing objectives (20%)
- Monitor and report on our social media channels’ results and keep up to date with industry trends (15%)
- Support the social media strategy of Össur across our social media platforms (10%)
- Support the marketing communications team in managing their websites (10%)
These tasks may evolve according to your profile, skills, proactivity and willingness to learn.
Skills
- Skilled with Microsoft365 and ideally with Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) for smooth collaboration and content management.
- Confident using key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and understanding what drives engagement.
- Able to analyse results and suggest smart improvements.
- Proficient with Adobe CreativeSuite or similar tools to create high‑quality content.
Ideal Candidate
- Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in marketing or business, and ideally with a first experience in communication.
- Good level of English is mandatory (Spanish or Italian is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and various social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
