Alternance Social Media Manager (H/F) – Caen

Responsibilities

• Animate and manage our social media networks on a daily basis (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,…)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, visuals)
• Interact with the community: respond to comments, messages, mentions
• Participate in developing the monthly editorial calendar
• Maintain active sectorial and competitor intelligence
• Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, growth) and produce regular reports
• Contribute to communication campaigns and special operations
• Assist in organizing and covering company events
• Contribute to the content strategy and propose new formats
• Participate in shoots or content capture as needed
• Identify partnership or influencer opportunities
• Collaborate with company services
• Ensure brand presence consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in written French: impeccable spelling, clear and impactful style
• Strong digital culture and daily use of social networks
• Proficiency with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalents)
• Knowledge of planning tools (Hootsuite, Google Sheets/Slides, etc.)
• Basic data analysis skills (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
