Role Overview

Join the MyServices Squad in designing, developing, and operating the Thales customer portal based on the ServiceNow platform. Contribute to the development and evolution of the portal, participate in the implementation of new features, and intervene on integration issues with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and evolution of the portal on ServiceNow
• Participate in the implementation of new features and continuous improvement
• Intervene on integration issues with other systems
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Take part in the design phases with technical and functional teams

Requirements

• Training from Bac+3 to Bac+5 in computer science
• Good bases in development, particularly in JavaScript
• Ability to analyze, understand, and resolve problems
• Interest in complex systems and interconnected environments
• Ability to take a step back on what you develop
• Good progressive autonomy and a sense of collectivity
• Rigor, curiosity, and a desire to progress
• Good communication skills with technical and non-technical profiles
