Alternance Manager support - Customer Service

Être support des équipes opérationnelles service client et les accompagner dans les démarches d'amélioration de la qualité de service aux clients;\n\n
Missions confiées:\n\n- Identifier, analyser et résoudre les anomalies Métier;
- Formaliser la récurrence des anomalies et apporter des solutions.
- Piloter les actions de progrès du service
- Mener chaque axe de progrès selon la méthode de gestion de projet;
- Participer au déploiement des nouveaux systèmes d'information;
- Accompagner les gestionnaires clients dans leur besoin de formation;
- Au besoin, venir en renfort opérationnel des équipes service client\n\n
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de base :Excel, Word, Power Point, Power

Préparation Bac 5 - spécialisation en supply chain serait un plus
