Alternance - Junior Marketing Operations Specialist (September 2026)
The Marketing Operations team plays a key role in driving engagement and growth across both client and freelancer audiences. As a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the execution, optimization, and analysis of impactful multichannel campaigns.

Key responsibilities
- Support the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns targeting both clients and freelancers audiences
- Build and manage campaign workflows, automations, and customer journeys within our marketing automation platform
- Create and integrate engaging email templates while ensuring consistency with Malt’s brand and communication guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver detailed reporting and analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement metrics
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Ensure data quality, segmentation accuracy, and campaign compliance across all marketing activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new tools, AI-powered solutions, and innovative marketing automation practices
- Support the team on operational and strategic marketing projects in an international environment
About you
- You already gained valuable first experience during an internship in Marketing Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance, reporting, and marketing data
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Curious about AI tools and eager to explore innovative ways to improve marketing processes and performance
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with different teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience using a Marketing Automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a strong plus
- Understanding B2B communication approaches is highly appreciated
- You have a fluent level of English, allowing you to operate seamlessly in an international environment. French is a plus but not required
