Reason / Context for Recruitment

Within one of our production workshops, in an environment composed of injection and machining equipment, you will report to the Workshop Manager and work primarily for the production coordinator and team leaders. You will collaborate with various support functions (EHS, Quality, Methods, Maintenance, Logistics, etc.) to successfully carry out your missions.

Missions / Assigned Tasks

• OEE Performance Management
  • Improvement and standardization of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations.
  • Leading OEE reviews and associated problem‑solving initiatives.
• Serial Life Improvement
  • Leading 5S workshops.
  • Improving the visual management of the workshop and workstations.
• Digital Tools Support
  • Driving the workshop's suggestion system and our Lean vocational school.
  • Providing local support for the successful deployment and use of the digital Kanban system and the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Specific Required Skills

• Knowledge of Lean tools: AIC (Short Interval Management), KPIs, Problem Solving.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.

Required Qualities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership mindset.
• Dynamic and proactive approach.
• Ability to provide concrete recommendations and drive their implementation.

Required Level of Education

• Master 1 (First year of a Master's degree / 4th year of higher education).

• Industrial Engineering - Mechanical Engineering - Lean Management - Continuous Improvement.
