Alternant(e) Ingénieur(e) de Maintenance – CMP

Location

Bernin, France – 50% in Crolles (clean room), 50% in Bernin offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for maintenance activity and monitor performance indicators (green-to-green, first time right, overtime).
• Analyze performance indicators and create Pareto, Ishikawa, and Fishbone diagrams for preventive maintenance.
• Design new fault detection strategies based on existing sensors, leveraging corrective maintenance feedback.
• Deploy a new embedded maintenance management tool for preventive maintenance on equipment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in technical work and hands‑on experience.
• Student in engineering school.
• Excellent technical communication skills for interaction with maintenance teams.
• Mature teamwork, passion for maintenance and pursuit of excellence.
• Proficiency in English sufficient to understand technical procedures and interact orally and in writing with international colleagues, clients or suppliers.
