Job Overview

As part of the site's industrial transformation, the Methods team is strengthening its resources to support the deployment of automation solutions and the implementation of a management cockpit (visual management system) for the daily monitoring of Production, Quality, and Maintenance activities.

Dans le cadre de la transformation industrielle du site, l’équipe Méthodes renforce ses ressources pour accompagner le déploiement de solutions d’automatisation et mettre en place un cockpit de pilotage (management visuel) pour l’animation quotidienne des activités Production / Qualité / Maintenance.

Responsabilités (FR)

• Support au pilotage de projets d’automatisation (jalons, risques, points hebdo) et à la préparation FAT/SAT & mise en service (checklists, suivi écarts, dossiers).
• Contribution au cockpit digital de pilotage (management visuel) : formalisation des KPI, cartographie des données PLC/OT et validation terrain avec Production/Maintenance.
• Standardisation & amélioration continue : mise à jour de la documentation, création de templates/standards, capitalisation RETEX.

Spécificités Techniques (FR)

• Connaissances en méthodes / performance industrielle.
• Notions automatisme/data industrielle (PLC/OT) appréciées.
• Français courant, anglais courant.

Qualités Requises (FR)

• Rigueur, structuration, goût du terrain, esprit d’analyse.
• Aisance relationnelle, capacité à travailler en transverse.

Éducation (FR)

• Bac+2 (école d’ingénieur / Master) en alternance.

Domaines & Spécialités (FR)

• Génie industriel / automatisme / mécatronique / data industrielle (ou équivalent).

Responsibilities (EN)

• Support automation projects by tracking milestones, risks, weekly progress meetings, and assisting with FAT/SAT preparation and commissioning activities (checklists, deviation tracking, documentation management).
• Contribute to the development of a digital management cockpit (visual management system), including KPI definition, PLC/OT data mapping, and on-site validation with Production and Maintenance teams.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement initiatives through documentation updates, creation of templates and standards, and capturing and sharing lessons learned (RETEX).

Required Technical Skills (EN)

• Knowledge of industrial methods and operational performance improvement.
• Basic understanding of automation systems and industrial data environments (PLC/OT) is an advantage.
• Fluent French and English.

Required Personal Qualities (EN)

• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, hands‑on mindset, and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and departments.

Education Level (EN)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of study, or an engineering or master's degree through an apprenticeship/work‑study program.

Field of Study (EN)

• Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Data Engineering, or a related field.
