Daily Work In the Vehicles and Tactical Systems division, the La Ferté‑Saint‑Aubin site specializes in the production of land and airborne weapons systems. You will work within the Autonomous Production and Repair Unit (APRU) as part of the Industrial Competences Center. You will collaborate closely with the production workshop, Process Engineering, Quality, Technical Competence Center, and Supply Chain teams under the supervision of the Product Series Manager to raise maturity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the process for managing evolution changes and propose improvement actions to control quality.
- Identify, analyze, and implement enhancements and modernization of measurement tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of EN9100 (focus on FOD and special process application).
- Support the team in handling technical matters and Non‑Quality issues using problem‑solving methods.
Qualifications
- Preparing an engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 (generalist or industrial engineering).
- Experience in production management.
- Knowledge of Lean tools.
- Mechanical and hydraulic background.
- Project leadership and cross‑functional team management skills.
- Attention to detail, synthesis ability, organization, and good interpersonal skills.
Contract 1‑year duration.
