Overview of Role

The Digital Transformation Apprentice is part of the Group Digital team, which leads Digital & AI initiatives across Rothschild & Co.

Working with the Digital Transformation Manager, the apprentice helps deliver communication content, training, awareness sessions, and engagement activities to promote Digital & AI capabilities and foster adoption.

The role is based in Paris and involves regular collaboration with teams in different offices (London, Zurich, etc.).

Key responsibilities

Support change‑management activities for our digital solutions (tutorials, learning sessions, promotional videos, surveys, etc.)

Explore new ways to communicate and engage stakeholders and users

Help manage and develop our network of Digital Ambassadors

Assist in planning and organising internal events on digital topics

Create content to increase visibility in our communication platforms (articles, gamified content, news, etc.)

Coordinate attendance at external tech and digital industry events

Education & Qualifications

MSc in Digital transformation, Change management, or other management fields

Strong interest in digital innovation and new technologies

Proactive, rigorous, and committed to continuous improvement

Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team across multiple offices

Creativity and a strong sense of initiative

Strong writing and communication skills with a talent for content creation

Excellent command of English and French (both written and spoken)
