Overview of Role
The Digital Transformation Apprentice is part of the Group Digital team, which leads Digital & AI initiatives across Rothschild & Co.
Working with the Digital Transformation Manager, the apprentice helps deliver communication content, training, awareness sessions, and engagement activities to promote Digital & AI capabilities and foster adoption.
The role is based in Paris and involves regular collaboration with teams in different offices (London, Zurich, etc.).
Key responsibilities
- Support change‑management activities for our digital solutions (tutorials, learning sessions, promotional videos, surveys, etc.)
- Explore new ways to communicate and engage stakeholders and users
- Help manage and develop our network of Digital Ambassadors
- Assist in planning and organising internal events on digital topics
- Create content to increase visibility in our communication platforms (articles, gamified content, news, etc.)
- Coordinate attendance at external tech and digital industry events
Education & Qualifications
- MSc in Digital transformation, Change management, or other management fields
- Strong interest in digital innovation and new technologies
- Proactive, rigorous, and committed to continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team across multiple offices
- Creativity and a strong sense of initiative
- Strong writing and communication skills with a talent for content creation
- Excellent command of English and French (both written and spoken)
