Alternance - Digital Marketing & Communication (F/H/NB)

Ipsos is seeking an apprentice to assist the Global Marketing and Communication team, primarily in supporting platforms’ usage and activation assets. In this role, you will mainly help the team activate marketing and communication campaigns that showcase the expertise of Ipsos' business units (Service Lines) via their thought leadership and solution activations. Additionally, you can contribute to various projects aimed at boosting Ipsos' awareness, such as internal webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing campaigns
  • Support the team in defining and executing the best activation strategy with regards to the type of content and targeted audience. Manage the campaigns planning. Create or review and optimize assets (emails, banners, sell sheets, infographics). Set up campaigns on a marketing automation platform (Marketo), monitor results.
• Digital communications
  • Review social media assets and provide guidance to optimize their impact. Develop new formats and strategies to engage the audience (internal and external) Prepare website communications. Publish internal news on the intranet. Actively monitor what is happening online to identify innovative formats, optimize our SEO and discover smart tools to optimize our workflow.
• Others
  • Support the team in the coordination and execution of internal events, including webinars and large-scale events like annual conventions.

As the role is quite versatile, an enthusiastic personality with a desire to learn will be highly appreciated.

Student with a bachelor's or master's degree (specializing in web marketing, digital communication or business school). You have a particular interest in social media, web development and SEO. Curiosity is a cornerstone of our corporate culture: you are interested in current affairs and love discovering new topics. You know Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) like the back of your hand and if you have Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro) notions it’s even better. You are rigorous and organized, but also creative! You are agile and autonomous and don\'t hesitate to come up with new ideas. You enjoy working in an international environment and have a good command of written and spoken English. Good organizational and communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Playful and daring minds will be appreciated!
