Alternance - Coordinateur Sécurité Opérationnelle H/F

Overview

Air Liquide Advanced Technologies provides efficient solutions for customers in space, scientific research and new energies sectors, focusing on high and advanced technologies. You will join the QHSE service of the Supply Chain direction, covering multi‑site logistics, DSC quality activities, waste management, hazardous material transport, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Présence et Animation Terrain
  • Act as the daily safety face: manage field events, run "quarts d'heure sécurité", and train teams to create a proactive work environment.
• Prévention et Amélioration Continue
  • Investigate incidents using the cause‑tree method and 5M, and implement durable corrective action plans.
• Maîtrise des Risques
  • Ensure compliance by updating strategic documents (DUERP, chemical risk evaluation) and actively monitoring regulatory developments (ICPE).
• Digitalisation et Pilotage
  • Modernise security approaches by creating and tracking performance indicators (KPIs) with digital tools (BI, Gemini) to make safety visible and measurable.

Qualifications

• Compétences techniques
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, 14001.
  • Ideally an understanding of supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency with modern IT tools, data steering (Google Suite, Power BI) and Lean methodologies.
• Savoir‑être
  • Reactive and organized, able to handle emergencies agilely.
  • Excellent communication, synthesis, and internal client service orientation for unifying teams around HSE goals.

Location & Duration

Alternance located in Sassenage (38). 2‑year apprenticeship starting September.
