Vos missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Financière, vous intervenez en tant que support sur l’une de nos entités et contribuez activement à son développement. Vous participez au pilotage de la performance et accompagnez les équipes dans les domaines du pilotage commercial, financier et de la gestion opérationnelle des magasins.

Pilotage commercial

• Participer au montage et au suivi des opérations commerciales
• Contribuer à la définition des objectifs commerciaux
• Mettre à jour et analyser les indicateurs de performance commerciale
• Accompagner l’équipe de direction dans le pilotage de l’activité

Pilotage financier

• Suivre les indicateurs de rentabilité (marge, EBIT)
• Mettre à jour les reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels
• Participer au suivi des coûts et à leur optimisation
• Contrôler les dépenses et les frais généraux

Gestion administrative

• Veiller à la bonne application des procédures internes
• Accompagner la Responsable Financière dans la mise en place de projets

Votre Profil

• Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 en contrôle de gestion, finance ou équivalent
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel notamment)
• Capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse
• Adaptabilité, curiosité et rigueur
• Esprit d’équipe et excellent savoir‑être
• Implication et envie d’apprendre
