Team

You join the specific payroll configuration team, a group of 12 consultants specialized on mySilae Payroll. The team handles technical requests from partners via Zendesk, adapting the software to each partner’s specifics, such as company agreements, custom practices, and out‑of‑scope peculiarities. The team is co‑managed by two leads and covers a range of profiles from junior to expert.

Missions

• Participate in setting payroll rules on mySilae (entries, contributions, payroll profiles)
• Contribute to implementing company agreements and practices
• Conduct compliance and regression tests on delivered configurations
• Analyze requests received via Zendesk and help diagnose issues
• Progressively become autonomous in full ticket handling, from diagnosis to delivery
• Guide partners toward the right approach for their request, including recommending alternatives or re‑qualifying borderline cases
• Participate in internal projects according to activity and skill development

Profil recherché

• Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in payroll, HR, management, or IT management
• Rigorous and comfortable with calculation logic
• Analytical mindset: enjoys understanding the underlying need before seeking a solution
• Technically curious, eager to understand payroll software from inside
• Comfortable writing structured responses
• Able to manage multiple subjects concurrently
• First payroll experience is a plus; mySilae is learned on the job
