Responsibilities
- Produce and validate HR reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Design and evolve dashboards in Power BI.
- Gather HR teams' needs and propose appropriate reporting solutions.
- Automate reporting and alerts using Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of HR data from tools such as Cegid and ADP.
- Identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Participate in test phases for reporting projects.
- Create analytical support materials for HR teams.
- Participate in functional administration of SIRH tools (accesses, profiles, scopes).
- Perform secure imports/exports of data (Excel, flat files, API).
- Support RH campaign management (creation, monitoring, population management).
Operational Environment
- Advanced Excel.
- Power Query.
- Power BI.
- Access.
- SIRH tools: Cegid and ADP.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 in data, human resources or equivalent.
- First experience in HR data (internship or apprenticeship).
- Excellent command of Excel and good skills in Power BI and Power Query.
- Strong enthusiasm for data management and analysis.
- Rigorous with a strong attention to detail.
- Developed analytical mindset and ability to synthesize.
- Comfortable structuring, validating, and presenting data.
