Responsibilities
- Produce and make reliable HR reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Design and evolve dashboards in Power BI
- Collect needs from HR teams (recruitment, HR development, etc.) and propose relevant reporting solutions
- Automate reporting and alerts (Excel, Power Query, Power BI) to save time and avoid manual copy‑paste
- Check quality, consistency and integrity of HR data from tools (Cegid, ADP)
- Identify and resolve data anomalies
- Participate in testing phases of reporting projects
- Contribute to the creation of analysis reports for HR teams
- Participate in functional administration of HRIS tools (access, profiles, scope management)
- Perform and secure data imports/exports (Excel, flat files, API) ensuring database stability
- Contribute to management of HR campaigns (creation, tracking, population management)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 in data, human resources, or equivalent
- First experience in HR data (internship or apprenticeship)
- Excellent mastery of Excel and strong skills on Power BI and Power Query
- Strong interest in data management and analysis
- Demonstrates rigor and attention to detail
- Strong analytical mindset and good synthesis ability
- Comfortable structuring, validating and leveraging data
