You will join our Portfolio Insight & Analytics team, which is looking for a Junior Financial Engineer for a 1-year work-study program starting in September 2026.
Our team consists of 7 employees with transversal vision and skills within the Credit Portfolio & Resource Management department.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and anticipating the evolution of CPRM's scarce resources (RWA and Liquidity);
- Participating in active portfolio management by playing a central role between the portfolio team and various distribution channels (Sales, Syndication, Trading) for the filtering and sale of CIB loans on the secondary market; communicating and reporting all results to Management;
- Supporting and proposing, in coordination with the Strategic Allocation and Optimization team, the development of Solutions (Credit Insurance, SRT transactions, CLOs, etc.) with the aim of reducing our consumption of scarce resources and accommodating the pipeline of new commercial financing productions;
- Contributing to the development of portfolio management tools by improving the processes of portfolio analytics teams, filtering, and solution proposals;
- Having the ability to manage a multitude of data and present it clearly and understandably, notably through Data Visualization tools (Power BI);
- Carrying out various structuring projects for CPRM, particularly better monitoring and reporting of the performance and impacts of CPRM Solutions and secondary sales;
- Updating produced documentation and existing procedures.
You will discover the role of a Portfolio Manager through the diversity of Natixis CIB's financing activities (from classic corporate financing to real asset financing), the management of scarce resources, and its limits.
