ALT2026-0312 - IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a key client based in Auby, Northern France .

• Provide on-site end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals (laptops, printers, phones).
• Install , configure , and maintain workstation equipment.
• Assist with network installations and local troubleshooting (connectivity, switching, cabling).
• Execute pre-migration and migration activities for ongoing projects (OS upgrades, network renewals, hardware extensions).
• Identify structural issues and escalate them to higher IT support levels (L2/L3) or project teams.
• Record interventions in ticketing systems (Ivanti/ServiceNow) and coordinate with the Service Desk .
• Act as the local point of contact for IT projects and changes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation of procedures.
• Proactively support tasks outside the standard scope and assist with ad hoc IT initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT environments and workplace technologies (SCCM, Intune, Azure, Microsoft Entra, etc.).
• Experience with hardware installation , software configuration , and troubleshooting .
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure .
• Ability to work according to SLAs , processes , and ITIL principles .
• Fluency in English , French AND Dutch is required.
• Auby , Northern France (Hybrid : 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week).
