ALT – Assistant Responsable Communication et marketing H/F

Printemps, founded in 1865, is a leading French retailer in fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle, operating 21 stores in France, two outlets, and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate and implement marketing for the brands sold at Printemps across various sectors (Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Home, Lingerie, Food & Beverage), prioritising new arrivals, launches, and special events.
• Act as interface between internal stakeholders (art direction, communication, purchasing, stores, PR, CRM, Digital, Social Media) and external partners (brands, agencies) to ensure effective communication tools (PLV, print, CRM, newsletters, articles on printemps.com).
• Manage the acquisition of brand content from partners to supply in‑store signage, newsletters, social media, and paid social.
• Prepare campaign or partnership reports upon completion.
• Coordinate photo shoots for new spaces and store operations.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitive research.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (bac+4/5) in business school, communications or marketing; first experience in marketing/communication required.

Skills Required

• Mastery of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English
