Airbus – Employment Marketing Apprentice (m/f)

Location: Toulouse, France

Contract type: Apprenticeship – 2 years, beginning the 2026 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Create communication materials: design visuals using Canva or Adobe Suite for recruitment ads, job fairs, and external campaigns.
• Animate internal and external networks: support Airbus ambassador program, organize events and communications, and manage partner‑school community.
• Organize forums and events: manage full logistics for recruitment fairs, school forums, and all talent‑acquisition events.
• Report and analyse: contribute to monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and campaigns.
• Benchmark Employer Brand: conduct continuous competitive intelligence on HR and marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Master’s‑level (BAC +5) student in Marketing and/or Communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Creative mindset capable of producing original content and communication actions.
• Proactive and innovative, able to adapt in a dynamic talent‑market environment.
• Team player in an international and multicultural setting.

Language Skills

• English: Advanced – interviews may be conducted in English.
• French: Intermediate.

Additional Information

Travel may be required depending on assignments.

• RNCP code of the intended training.
• Duration of the intended training.
• Type of contract envisaged (Apprenticeship or Professionalisation).
