ALS Sales & Business Growth Manager – West & Central Africa

PCM is seeking an ALS Business Developer / Sales Manager to lead commercial development of pumping solutions for Artificial Lift Systems in West and Central Africa. You will drive regional growth, manage key accounts, and coordinate with France-based teams to ensure delivery, HSE, and client satisfaction.

The role requires at least 5 years in Oil & Gas/ALS, fluency in French and English (B1), autonomy, and strong relationship-building skills. Regular travel within the region is expected.
