Alpine Kitchen Manager | Lead Multicultural Team

Langley Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned Head Chef/Kitchen Manager for the Alps winter season. You will lead daily breakfast, lunch and dinner service, ensure alignment with our food concept, and manage stock, training, and hygiene standards.

You will guide a multicultural team, handle budgeting and admin tasks, and collaborate with hotel management and the head office to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume kitchen.
