Role Summary
The role focuses on building a partnership ecosystem that converts alliances into partner‑sourced revenue, establishing and scaling the processes and pipelines to deliver direct ARR accountability.
What You’ll Do
- Generate partner‑sourced ARR
- Influence pipeline through co‑sell motions
- Increase deal size via ecosystem leverage
- Own attribution and measurable impact
- Prioritize a small number of high‑leverage partners
- Structure referral and co‑sell models
- Secure executive alignment
- Design partner tiering
- Enable Sales with sharp positioning and battlecards
- Drive joint opportunities
- Launch focused co‑marketing initiatives
- Activate marketplace motions
- Define partner attribution
- Implement CRM tracking
- Run QBRs
- Measure ROI
- Cut what isn’t working
Qualifications
- Have personally generated partner‑sourced ARR, focusing on pipeline, conversion, and deal size.
- Maintain trusted, activable relationships in the ecosystem: hyperscaler reps, partner managers, tech alliances who can be called immediately.
- Understand hyperscaler compensation, co‑sell incentives, and can design true win‑win mechanics.
- Be a strong builder, comfortable with ambiguity, able to create structure from zero, and prioritize ruthlessly.
