Job Description\n\n1. Daily Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for the O&M management of data center server hardware and network equipment. Develop and execute IT O&M strategies and plans to ensure stability. Ensure metrics such as timely repair rate and risk closure rate meet targets. Standardize operations and ensure work orders comply with SLA requirements.\n\n2. Safety & Compliance: Promote safe and compliant data center operations. Identify risks and establish management mechanisms to prevent major liability accidents.\n\n3. Optimization & Improvement: Optimize O&M processes and energy efficiency management. Develop O&M policies and emergency response plans to enhance the operational stability of IT equipment.\n\n4. Technical Support: Provide IT tools to optimize troubleshooting efficiency. Identify critical issues with networks, servers, etc., and resolve on-site technical problems to improve troubleshooting efficiency.\n\n5. Team Management: Responsible for managing the data center IT O&M team, including performance appraisals, talent pipeline development, and capability training. Plan technical training to improve IT service levels. Establish smooth communication channels with relevant teams, coordinate resources, prevent operational risks, and ensure the effective implementation of strategies.\n\n

- Assurer la gestion de l'exploitation et de la maintenance des serveurs et équipements réseau du data center.\n\n
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies et plans d'exploitation IT afin de garantir la stabilité des infrastructures.\n\n
- Veiller à l'atteinte des indicateurs clés tels que le taux de réparation dans les délais et le taux de résolution des risques.\n\n
- Standardiser les opérations et s'assurer que les tickets / ordres d'intervention respectent les exigences du SLA.
