Airport Services Duty Officer

Description

Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Duty Officer in Paris, France, to oversee flight-handling activities, ensure high service standards, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves directing the shift as a representative of the Airport Services Manager, ensuring punctuality and safety in all operations.

Key Duties

• Ensuring passenger and aircraft handling practices adhere to safety and security standards.
• Meeting QR aircraft handling standards on a shift basis.
• Managing and controlling manpower for optimal utilization and staff morale.
• Allocating manpower and resources in airport operations.
• Completing checks to maintain standards.
• Resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Facilitating ramp handling activities in liaison with various departments.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an airline or reputable ground handling operations.
• Strong background in airport or ground handling operations.
• Understanding of Conditions of Carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Procedures.
• Knowledge of airport functions, passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance, and dangerous goods regulations.
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery.
• Legal right to live and work in Paris, France.
