Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities with production supervisors and team leaders
• Monitor aircraft progress throughout maintenance events
• Coordinate parts requirements and deliveries with the logistics team
• Act as the primary interface with customers, providing daily updates, managing requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring clear communication
• Prepare and deliver daily operational reports
• Support the planning and execution of major maintenance projects
• Drive proactive and effective solutions to avoid delays and ensure on‑time aircraft delivery

Job Requirements

• Experience in aircraft maintenance
• Fluent in both French and English (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to perform under pressure while managing tight deadlines and demanding customers
• Highly proactive with strong prioritisation skills
• Open to feedback and committed to teamwork

Knowledge about aeronautical industry, Experience & Background

• Ideally experience in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
• Motivated junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply

Engineering degree, PMO background, or equivalent professional experience is highly appreciated
