Aircraft Finalization & Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures
- Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Ensure full compliance with EASA Part-21 and Part-145 requirements, including:
- Aircraft inspections
- Torque application and verification
- Installation and verification of locking devices
- Sealing procedures
- Inserts installation
- EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements
- Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately
- Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return-to-service activities where applicable
- Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials
- Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 and/or C Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant aircraft type ratings
- 5+ years hands on experience in aircraft base maintenance
- 4+ years of experience as Part-21 Certifying Staff.
- Strong knowledge of Part-21 and Part-145 regulations and compliance requirements
- Team leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience
