Job Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aircraft Control MBSE/RBE Business Owner (f/m) to join our Aircraft Control Digital solution team based in Toulouse, France. The role focuses on MBSE/RBE process and methods to secure on‑time aircraft deliveries and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Needs Management: gather and prioritize key requirements to ensure tools meet Aircraft Control needs and serve as the main point of contact for the system engineering team.
• Standardization: unify Aircraft Control methods around MBSE/RBE standards (DO331) and ensure tools align with Airbus methods and data standards.
• Strategy & Value: collaborate with the Product Manager to define the roadmap, track success metrics, and ensure features deliver business value.
• Change Management: lead migration and training initiatives to maximize tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in System Engineering.
• Hard skills: Translate technical complexity into business‑value language; deep knowledge of MBSE/RBE (incl. DESO 0201 and classical V&V process (DETA) for safety‑critical developments); knowledge of DO331.
• Soft skills: Leadership, team spirit, communication, user‑oriented, autonomy, curiosity, proactivity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional teams and successfully achieve alignment in complex situations.
• Security clearance required or eligibility for clearance by recognised authorities.
