Project Manager & Line Manager (All Gender)
We are looking for a future Project Manager & Line Manager to join the Sustainability Business Unit (BU). The role involves leading a team of 10 to 13 mainly technicians, managing projects, and ensuring client relationships across Airbus groups.
Missions & Responsibilities
- Line Manager Responsibilities
- Recruitment: identify needs, specify technical skills, qualify candidates, and ensure successful integration.
- Performance & Career: set individual objectives, conduct annual reviews, and build development plans (training, certifications).
- Team animation: maintain visibility on workload, adjust resource allocation, and foster a collective, transversal dynamic.
- Collaboration with HR: work closely with HR partners for administrative management and staff progression.
- Project Manager / Operational Manager Responsibilities
- Project steering: supervise technical progress of projects (deliverables, milestones, quality); manage subcontractor activities.
- Technical expertise: provide first‑level support on SSE and pyrotechnics topics.
- Commercial development: identify new opportunities with the client and participate in building technical proposals in synergy with the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduated from a grandes écoles or university; ideally specialized in industrial risks or processes.
- Specialization in project management, preferably acquired within industrial ecosystems and experience in subcontractor steering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge in the following areas:
- Safety, Security, Environment (SSE)
- Industrial risk (regulation, standards, labor and environmental codes)
- Advanced level in English.
