Process Performance Engineer (All Gender) – Airbus Atlantic – Montoir‑de‑Bretagne, France.

Role within the Manufacturing Engineering A320 Industrial Performance team at the Montoir‑de‑Bretagne site. Responsible for supporting the ramp‑up strategy of the A320 production, particularly the primary structure and system installation stages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies to propose industrial strategies that enable cadence changes.
• Design and implement deployable tools and balancing actions to respond quickly to operational needs and strategic changes.
• Create and manage PERT diagrams (technical link diagrams).
• Execute line balancing activities to address bottlenecks and support production scheduling.
• Measure station performance, characterize deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Assist Team Leaders and sector managers in maintaining production rhythm (PPC, MES).
• Monitor manufacturing performance through KPI tracking.
• Ensure workshop performance by implementing preventive and corrective actions.
• Lead and animate productivity improvement projects until projected gains are realized.
• Supply multidiscipline teams (MFT) with data required for performance improvement management.
• Propose improvements based on gap analysis.
• Participate in unit progress plans using Hoshin Kanri matrices, performance reviews and corrective reviews.
• Contribute to the development of the factory business by improving tools and engaging support services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
• Minimum of two years’ successful experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production tools and the industrial environment.
• Curious, dynamic and proactive with good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English (B1) and fluent French.
