AI Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for project and IT teams
• Participate across the entire lifecycle of AI projects
• Define and promote AI technical standards and best practices
• Provide technical AI expertise
• Contribute to defining environmental performance key indicators (KPIs)
• Support cross‑functional teams in applying best practices
• Ensure deployment and integration of AI models

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience as an AI Tech Lead / Lead Data Engineer / Senior ML Engineer
• Strong knowledge of AI project processes
• Good knowledge of compliance standards (AI ethics, AI Act, GDPR)
• Significant experience designing and implementing production AI architectures
• Proven expertise with generative AI models
• Deep knowledge of GPU infrastructures
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python and Java
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
