Our client is a leading international strategy consulting firm with a fast-growingtechnology division specialized in Artificial Intelligence andadvanced digital solutions.

This is not a pure coding role. Itis where engineering expertise meets business strategy.

We are lookingfor AI Engineers who build, deploy, and scale production-readyintelligent systems — not just analyze data.

YourResponsibilities

• End-to-enddevelopment of AI-driven software solutions (Python)
• Design andimplementation of scalable, production-grade architectures
• Algorithmoptimization and performance enhancement
• Directcollaboration with clients and consulting teams on strategicprojects
• Contributionto the evolution of innovative AI products and digital offerings
• Build,deploy, and operate LLM systems in production environments (RAG,agents, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Translatecomplex business problems into AI architectures and explaintechnical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders

Profil

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relatedfield
• Strong software engineering background (Pythonrequired)
• Experience in data analytics and/or machinelearning
• Ability to work in international, cross-functionalenvironments
• Client-oriented mindset with strongcommunication skills

YourExperience

0–4 or 4+years of experience in software engineering, AI, or data-drivenenvironments

Priorexperience in consulting or strategic projects is highly valued

Experiencein international projects or client-facing roles is a strong plus

Exposure totransformation, digital innovation, or high-impact strategicprograms is appreciated

Candidatesfrom tech scale-ups, industry leaders, or innovation labs are alsowelcome

You have hands-onexperience designing and deploying LLM systems in production (RAG,agents, embeddings, fine-tuning) beyond simple API integrations. Youhave built and operated AI systems in production, includingmonitoring, model lifecycle management, and scalable backendarchitecture. You are comfortable translating business problems intoAI architectures and communicating technical trade-offs tonon-technical stakeholders.

LanguageRequirements

Professionalfluency in English is required

Fluency inthe local office language is mandatory for office integration andclient interactions: French (Paris), German (Munich), Spanish(Madrid), Italian (Milan)
