Scrum Master, AI Hub Governance

We are hiring a Scrum Master for the Governance team in charge of AI Hub. This role is at the crossroads of platforms, data & AI teams and businesses, and serves as a relay to the leadership team. The Scrum Master coaches, animates, and guides squads from use‑case identification to delivery, ensuring high interaction with AI Hub streams and reporting critical information to top management.

Responsibilities

• Guide the squad to deliver high value outcomes
• Partner with Product Owners to align strategy and execution
• Facilitate squad rituals and key events
• Coach squads and members in Agile methodologies to maximize efficiency and self‑improvement, driving change management
• Identify, escape, and help resolve squad obstacles
• Master Agile processes and fine‑tune them to squad needs while providing tools and methodologies to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Certified in an Agile framework (e.g., Scrum) and knowledge of Agile at Scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Nexus)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master (product or project development)
• Strong facilitation techniques
• Ability to build and lead squads in a matrix organization
• Promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Planning and problem‑solving with product management and delivery squads
• Experience or interest in AI topics is an asset
