Product Owner Global CRM (Sales Cloud & Data Referential) – Part of the Digital Customer Engagement team, working with the Lead Sales Product Owner. Profile: Confirmed Product Owner. Location: Marseille. On site presence: minimum 2-3 days on site/week. Length of the mission: 220 days. Start date: asap. Proposal to be submitted by: 15/06.
As the Product Owner for Global CRM, you will drive the enhancement of the company Salesforce instance with a dual focus on Sales Cloud and Data Referential. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that both end‑user facing and internal processes are optimized through robust CRM capabilities and accurate, well‑governed master data. Your role is critical in translating business requirements into actionable solutions, managing the product backlog, and securing stakeholder validation to deliver measurable value. You will also contribute to the definition, maintenance, and governance of master data within the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with group referentials and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Products under your ownership
- Deliver Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud) to address business needs.
- Act as the interface between commercial teams and Digital Factory.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Lead change management to drive adoption across agencies.
- Data Referential & Master Data Governance
- Collaborate with the Data Governance Office to align the CRM data vision with the global company strategy.
- Define and maintain master data standards for CRM, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Work with IT and business teams to validate data requirements and integrations.
- Document and maintain up‑to‑date processes for master data management.
- Agile Delivery & Compliance
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery of features.
- Oversee acceptance testing and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and industry standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in Product Ownership or Senior Project Management with a strong track record in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
- Master data management or data governance experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Shipping/Logistics industry is valued.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills; proactive and able to balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
