AI Product Manager

• Build and implement F2P systems focused on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies
• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve player experience, engagement, personalization, content, and live operations for Paper.io2
• Own specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch
• Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts on feature rollouts
• Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs
• Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality
• Monitor competitors, analyze market innovations, and adapt best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast paced environment
• Deep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents
• High standards; pushes the product forward and challenges weak ideas
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Based in Paris or Amsterdam
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Mobile Game Development (F2P Games)
• Living within a European time zone (+/- 3hrs with CET), or willing to relocate
