As a department head, you will drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams, championing data‑driven decision making and agile delivery at scale. You will define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for AI‑powered personalization and consumer intelligence solutions, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure all product initiatives comply with evolving regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act. - Proven relationships and credibility with luxury brand executives, creative agencies, and retail partners to accelerate go‑to‑market and partnerships.
- Deep expertise in luxury brand strategy, customer experience design, and storytelling to translate high‑end aesthetics into product features.
- Experience launching and scaling products across multiple European markets with multilingual product management; fluency in French preferred.
- Strong knowledge of privacy, GDPR, data governance and AI ethics specific to handling sensitive candidate and customer information in luxury contexts.
- Hands‑on experience integrating products with retail and HR ecosystems (CRM, ERP, POS, ATS/e‑recruitment platforms) and managing complex technical partnerships.
