AI Product Builder

Build AI products. Not slides. Not PoCs that never ship.

We operate across France and Spain, working with enterprise clients on concrete AI use cases: copilots, agentic workflows, RAG systems, industrial AI platforms, sales intelligence tools, and private AI deployments.

We’re looking for an AI Product Builder: someone who sits at the intersection of product, AI, engineering, and customer impact.

Someone who can turn a messy business problem into a product people actually use.

What you’ll do

You’ll help take AI products from idea to production.

Your role will include:

• Understanding client needs and identifying high-value AI opportunities.
• Translating business problems into clear product specifications.
• Designing AI-native workflows and user experiences.
• Writing PRDs, user stories, functional specs, and delivery plans.
• Prototyping quickly using modern AI tools.
• Working closely with engineers, data teams, and client stakeholders.
• Building or supervising copilots, assistants, RAG systems, agents, and automation workflows.
• Testing, iterating, measuring adoption, and improving what we ship.
• Challenging vague requests and turning them into practical product decisions.

You won’t just “manage” projects.

You’ll build.

What we’re looking for

You probably have:

• 3–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Engineering, Consulting, or AI delivery.
• Strong interest in AI products, LLMs, agents, automation, and enterprise use cases.
• Ability to structure complex problems quickly.
• Good understanding of APIs, SaaS products, data flows, and modern AI stacks.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A builder mindset: fast, pragmatic, curious, and hands‑on.

Bonus points if you’ve used or built with

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral
• n8n, Make, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Vercel AI SDK
• Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI
• MCP, agentic workflows, internal AI tools

You don’t need to be a full‑time software engineer.

But you need to understand how software gets built.

You’ll thrive here if you…
