AI-Native Systems Architect: Orchestration & Backend Remote

Madfish is looking for an experienced System Architect to design and oversee AI-native infrastructure in a fully remote setup. You will lead a two-person team, directly reporting to the Director of Engineering, requiring strong skills in Java and PostgreSQL.

The ideal candidate will have a senior architect mindset with practical experience in AI agent orchestration and security tooling. Proficiency in English is essential. The position offers flexibility with work hours, needing a 4-hour overlap with New York time.
