AI/ML Scientist: Quantization & Numerical Robustness

Arago is recruiting a research engineer to study how reduced precision, analog noise, and other non-idealities affect AI models on Arago's custom accelerator. You will work at the intersection of model research, numerical analysis, and hardware/software co-design.

The role requires a strong quantitative background and hands-on experience with ML quantization techniques (PTQ, QAT) and PyTorch, with good Python skills. English proficiency is essential; French is a plus.
