• Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) for network data
• Predictive analytics for capacity planning and fault detection
• Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) in telecom context
• Network KPI dataset processing and feature engineering
• Experience with Ericsson AIML or Nokia MantaRay is a strong plus

3+ years AI/ML + Telecom experience required
