AI Growth Engine Tech Lead — Remote

Deel is seeking a senior backend leader to own the technical vision for our Growth engine. You will guide 6–8 engineers across AI, backend, fullstack, data, and analytics, writing production code in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.

You will influence architecture and drive critical tech direction rather than managing at depth. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, design and deploy AI agents at scale, and ensure ship‑ready features with robust testing and monitoring.
