AI-First Design Lead, Paris (Hybrid)

HealthHero in Paris is seeking a Design Lead to own a key product surface end-to-end and coach a talented design team. This player-coach role partners with the Design Director to shape the team culture and drive an AI-first design system across Europe.

You will lead discovery, maintain high craft, and oversee research, feedback, and production handovers while coordinating with product, engineering, clinical, operations and commercial stakeholders.
