AI Engineer & Research Lead — Hybrid Paris, Equity

Mendo, a France-based AI Transformation Platform, is seeking an AI Engineer to own AI research and features across products. You’ll drive on-device models, cost-aware deployment, and strategic AI direction, working closely with product and sales to deliver measurable value.

The role requires 6+ years in ML/AI engineering, strong Python and TypeScript, and excellent French/English communication. Expect a hybrid setup (2 days on-site / 3 remote) with equity via BSPCE and competitive base pay.
